Our mission is to preserve the heritage of those who worked the water in the past, the tools they used, and to present current uses of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries, ecological needs and preservation. We do this by artifact displays and education. We appreciate your interest in the Watermen's Museum. We rely on subscribers and friends, such as yourself so we may continue to pursue our goals.

The Watermen's Museum has a continuing need for Volunteers in ALL areas.

Museum Docents / Interpreters
Gift Shop Volunteers
Building and Grounds Helpers
Education Program Instructors
Boat Builders and Restorers
General Handymen
Office Assistants
Special Events Planners, Coordinators, and Workers
