The Carriage House Beach Front Rentals

Our Carriage House with a deck overlooking the York River, and the tent on the beach are available for rent. We rent these facilities for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, reunions, oyster roasts, etc. Please call the Watermen's Museum for information at (757)887-2641.

The Carriage House capacity is 49 guests.

The Tent can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Rental Guidelines

Pricing/Reservations

$250 damage deposit is required with reservation.

Rate: Weekend and holiday $600 for 4 hr rental (Friday through Sunday) which includes set-up and clean-up time. Additional time at $100/hr.

Weekday is $400 for a 4 hr rental. 

Tent, grounds, beach & parking are included in this fee. (Tent available from May - September, 2010).
