The Carriage House Beach Front Rentals

Our Carriage House with a deck overlooking the York River, and the tent on the beach are available for rent. We rent these facilities for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, reunions, oyster roasts, etc. Please call the Watermen's Museum for information at (757)887-2641.

The Carriage House capacity is 49 guests.

The Tent can accommodate up to 150 guests.

Rental Guidelines

Pricing/Reservations

 Rates

$1500 for 5 hr rental (Saturday and Sunday); plus a $500 refundable deposit; plus a $100 maintenance fee.

Additional time at $150 an hour.

Included: Carriage House and Deck, Tent, private beach; parking; set-up and clean-up time. (Tent available from May-November, weather permitting)
